Herald-Sun fires executives, others
"The new owner of The Herald-Sun in Durham took control of the 50,000-circulation newspaper Monday morning and promptly dismissed the publisher and the top editor -- and began letting go scores of other employees."

Paxton Media Group let go of one of my close friends yesterday. He was one of 80 employees dismissed. That's 23% of the company.
