First some context. At two separate PR events in the last year, N.C. Governor Mike Easley has lost control of a NASCAR racing car. The most recent wreck incident was last week in downtown Raleigh.

I've been hoping to do an interactive editorial cartoon with N&O illustrator Grey Blackwell since I started here in January. Well, here it is.
